Ready to Lead is a program intended for new and rising leaders in various roles: presidents principals, assistant principals, Graduate Support, and Advancement. The program is also intended for faculty members who have demonstrated potential and interest for more extensive leadership responsibility and may be on a trajectory for a leadership position in the school.

The discussions will cover the NMC LEADERSHIP Mindset, Lens, Voice, and Heart.

THERE IS NO COST TO MEMBER SCHOOLS.

DATES: WEDNESDAYS -JULY 20TH, AUGUST 3RD, AND 17TH

TIME: TBD

The 3 summer virtual sessions will be:

• 75 minutes long

• Led by NMC Executive Director and veteran NMC leaders

• Provide opportunities to meet new and veteran NMC peers
